• Take a crucial role in enhancing client acquisition and achieving revenue growth targets.

• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Ability to pitch and close credit repair solutions tailored to the profiles and credit situations of customers.
• Follow a detailed guide to promote TCP's credit repair products while addressing client concerns effectively.
• Strive to not only meet quotas and KPIs but to exceed performance expectations.
• Utilize TCP’s technology tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily activities.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Full-time remote availability with one unpaid 01 hour break during a 09 hour shift.
• Work schedule options include:
• Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• Option 2: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• Option 3: Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Bring Your Own Device: A computer that meets our requirements is necessary.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the B2C-focused financial and banking services industry.
• Familiarity with the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first orientation with an empathetic understanding of their needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and equip oneself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Commissions: Progressive uncapped commissions.
