This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with designated Channel Director(s) to enhance territory strategy, partner engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and present precise, timely quotes for partners, ensuring all necessary information is complete and adheres to company standards.
• Actively contribute to territory revenue expansion by assisting partners in identifying, qualifying, and advancing customer opportunities.
• Proactively engage assigned C and B partners to strengthen relationships and enhance partner productivity.
• Support existing partners in optimizing base revenue performance and broadening customer opportunities.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for requested products and services.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quotes and associated activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
• Deliver a responsive, high-quality partner experience by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-up needs.
• Collaborate with the channel team to ensure opportunities are accurately qualified, prioritized, and pursued.
• Assist with sales operations tasks, including data entry, reporting, funnel management, and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
• Offer ideas and feedback to enhance sales processes, operational efficiency, and partner effectiveness.
• Attend company, department, and sales meetings as requested.
• Assist assigned Channel Director(s) in recruiting, developing, and training new channel partners within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to help design and implement customer solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, technical operations, engineering, and customer success teams to address issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Over 3 years of experience in channel, sales, sales support, or a related field, ideally within voice, data, VoIP, wireless, or similar technology services.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, and onboard new sales partners through professional outbound calls, emails, and presentations.
• Strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and executing independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in channel management, sales support, sales operations, customer service, or a similar partner-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to follow direction, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and thorough follow-through.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and task-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with experience using CRM software.
