This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and development of existing clients as well as high-potential new customers
• Achieving profitable growth by identifying customer needs and creating offers
• Independent processing of orders along with pricing and contract negotiations
• Planning and managing customer campaigns based on CRM data
• Collaboration with internal interfaces such as field service and technical support
• Maintenance of customer data and market information
• Creation and implementation of potential analyses and sales plans
• Completed commercial training – ideally with a focus on sales or wholesale and foreign trade
• Experience in active sales, customer support, or inside sales
• Good product knowledge or a strong technical understanding
• Strong sales skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and economic thinking
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, Teams)
