Innovation & Validation Specialist – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the validation pipeline

• Identify and assess new business prospects

• Develop and execute streamlined validation experiments

• Perform market analysis and engage in customer discovery

• Sustain an organized innovation pipeline

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in innovation, venture building, growth, product management, or market validation positions

• Knowledge of lean startup principles and experiment-based methodologies

• Excellent analytical capabilities

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Experience in a venture studio, consultancy, or rapidly growing startup environment is advantageous
