
Innovation Manager β VoIP, Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Formulate the business strategy for the Voice & Communications initiative and take responsibility for adoption, revenue growth, and overall financial performance, emphasizing how AI-driven capabilities enhance differentiation and value.
β’ Construct and validate financial models β including pricing, cost structure, and anticipated returns β and deliver go/no-go recommendations to Executive Leadership at critical stage gates.
β’ Collaborate directly with dealerships to comprehend communication workflows, validate product-market alignment, and pinpoint early adopters; lead pilot programs and navigate implementation, pricing, and adoption hurdles.
β’ Engage in early-stage sales activities β customer discussions, pilot agreements, and initial deployments β assisting in securing foundational customers and refining the go-to-market strategy.
β’ Articulate the product vision and essential features of the VoIP platform, encompassing AI-enabled functions such as call transcription, summarization, intelligent routing, and workflow automation, ensuring AI delivers tangible, measurable value within dealership operations.
β’ Facilitate the transition from pilot projects to wider deployment, advancing the solution from MVP to a scalable offering by enhancing onboarding, usability, reliability, and AI performance based on customer insights and usage data.
β’ Establish and refine pricing and packaging strategies, continuously assessing performance across adoption, revenue, cost efficiency, and the influence of AI-driven capabilities.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Proven experience in Product Management, Business Development, or a comparable role with full ownership of a product or initiative from inception through delivery and adoption.
β’ Direct experience working with customers or end users to comprehend workflows, validate solutions, and foster adoption.
β’ Strong understanding of business processes with the capability to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in VoIP, UCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
β’ Knowledge of AI-driven functionalities such as transcription, natural language processing, or workflow automation, with the ability to implement them in practical business scenarios.
β’ Experience in dealership, ERP, or vertical SaaS environments is a plus.
