Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Specialist – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Your primary goal will be to spearhead the company's cultural and technological transformation by pinpointing opportunities, designing AI solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency along with the development of new products/services.

• AI Advocacy and Culture: Encourage the utilization of AI tools (Generative AI, machine learning, automations) across various departments by conducting workshops and training sessions.

• Opportunity Identification: Evaluate the company's existing processes to detect inefficiencies that can be addressed or improved through AI.

• Solution Design: Create, test, and deploy advanced prompts, automated workflows (AI agents), and integrate AI tools into daily operations.

• Innovation Project Leadership: Drive open innovation projects, serving as a link among the company, startups, technology vendors, and the internal IT/development team.

• Market Trend Monitoring: Regularly assess the technology landscape to ensure the company stays ahead in AI and emerging tools.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor innovation KPIs, showcasing the ROI (return on investment) of the AI solutions implemented.

• Innovative Mindset: A proactive, inquisitive individual with robust critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly absorb new information.

• Advanced AI Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (GPTs, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, automation tools (such as Make, Zapier, n8n), and low-code/no-code AI platforms.

• Business Insight: Capability to simplify complex technical ideas into practical, applicable solutions for various business sectors (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations).

• Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to persuade individuals, drive change, and champion innovative concepts to leadership.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python (data/AI-focused), prior experience in startups or innovation hubs, and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
