Initiative Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the delivery process for strategic initiatives across a network of university partners.

• Transform partner objectives into specific, actionable initiatives that include defined scope, sequenced milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, required resources, and exit criteria.

• Oversee a range of simultaneous partner implementations, maintaining an overview of the program's health across various workstreams.

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stellic platform and its application by our partners.

• Manage project status and partner communications, both internally and externally, in close collaboration with the Partner Strategy Lead.

• Collaborate closely with Product Delivery Leads and involve the appropriate internal stakeholders at the right moments.

• Actively manage risks and resources, knowing when to escalate issues, how to prioritize effectively, and what trade-offs are most beneficial.

• Keep the partner's perspective at the forefront and advocate for their needs throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading high-stakes, customer-facing programs within a B2B SaaS context, particularly with large, intricate institutions where managing layered priorities is essential.

• PMP or project management certification is preferred, along with a solid understanding of how to implement PMI best practices effectively.

• A genuine interest in understanding the purpose behind the work. You are capable and truly invested in converting strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.

• The ability to transform ambiguity into structured outcomes. You establish success metrics prior to the start of product delivery.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with a robust system for tracking their overall health.

• Comfortable with data analysis. You can resolve issues with a disorganized CSV and articulate data discrepancies to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.

• Strong negotiation skills. You seek solutions that benefit all parties and know how to assert your position while preserving relationships.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel on-site when it enhances value for the partner.
