📋 Description

• Communicator & Coordinator: You serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring effective communication that is always solution-focused, while maintaining close collaboration with our development team and consultants.

• Request Juggler: You adeptly manage customer requests, coordinating them with confidence to ensure seamless operations.

• Taskmaster: You take charge of change and release management, assist with rollouts, and expertly handle test coordination.

• Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: You share your expertise during workshops and guarantee that the team stays aligned through clear and easily understandable documentation.

• Quality Guardian: You support troubleshooting efforts, ensure adherence to standards, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our services.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a strong desire to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are enthusiastic about continuously enhancing your knowledge.

• AI is familiar to you — you have some experience with AI tools and are keen to deepen your understanding.

• Initial exposure to the ERP environment is advantageous but not essential — what truly matters is your motivation and eagerness to learn.

• You are comfortable at the intersection of IT and business, aiming to develop intelligent solutions for our clients.

• Communication comes naturally to you: whether in writing or speaking, you convey your message succinctly. English? No challenge for you.
