This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Provide remote technical support to HVAC technicians during maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time using remote tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Analyze alarms, performance data, and system behavior.
• Escalate complex incidents to engineering or product teams.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Technical education in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with HVAC systems (chillers, air handlers, VRF, controls, etc.).
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Previous experience in remote support, service desk, or field service is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in real-time environments and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
