This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure the availability of spare parts, consumables, and support equipment for military vessels throughout their lifecycle.

• Optimize costs and procurement timelines.

• Prepare Initial Support Proposals (PIDA) and define APL/AEL lists for critical systems.

• Calculate stock depth according to FUA and GRES.

• Generate PIDAs using PIDAEMPRESA/PIDAWEB.

• Assign NOC/NSN codes and manage NCAGE requests for new suppliers.

• Update the NATO Reference Master (NMRCL).

• Negotiate with suppliers on timelines, prices, ITAR/EAR conditions, and supply contracts.

• Monitor orders, resolve issues, and seek alternative suppliers.

• Identify obsolete COTS components and propose mitigation measures.

• Update the Obsolescence Management Plan.

• Optimize stock levels and coordinate with Maintenance to prioritize critical spare parts.

• Manage reverse logistics, including returns, repairs, and recycling.

• Prepare cost reports and logistics indicators.

• Participate in coordination meetings with the client.

• Record data in EOLO-IACV and Windchill.


⛳️ Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Naval or Maritime fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management and spare parts for naval defense programs.

• Experience in preparing Initial Support Proposals (PIDA) and Spare Parts Lists (APL/AEL).

• Experience in stock management (1st and 2nd echelon) according to Navy doctrines, including FUA and GRES.

• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing supply contracts (LCSP).

• Experience in obsolescence analysis and risk management in the supply chain.

• Experience in reverse logistics: returns, repairs, and recycling.

• Experience in NATO cataloging (NOC/NSN) of spare parts, consumables, and support equipment.

• Experience with EOLO-IACV, Windchill, SAP (MM/PM), PIDAEMPRESA/PIDAWEB, and SICAD is not mandatory.

• English level B2 or higher.
