This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and agent-based architectures.

• Build intelligent systems capable of processing documents, retrieving knowledge, generating content, automating processes, and transforming unstructured information into valuable business data.

• Work with cutting-edge Generative AI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, MCP, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud AI services.

• Develop scalable and robust AI applications on platforms like Azure, AWS, Databricks, or other similar technologies.

• Experiment with foundational models, prompts, information retrieval strategies, orchestration patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to define the optimal technical solution for each challenge.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in the Generative AI ecosystem and bring new ideas and technologies to real projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or AI Engineering, ideally with a background in production solutions.

• Practical experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, and AI workflow orchestration.

• Excellent command of Python and experience with modern machine learning and AI frameworks and libraries.

• Experience working on cloud or data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or similar.

• Solid foundation in data science, applied machine learning, experimentation, and statistical analysis.

• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data (text, documents, images, emails, spreadsheets, etc.).

• A curious, hands-on profile focused on building solutions using emerging technologies.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
