This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Oversee, administer, and terminate intravenous therapies in both home and infusion suite environments.

• Establish and manage IV access, including peripheral lines, PICC lines, ports, and midlines.

• Observe patients during infusion therapy, identifying and addressing any adverse reactions or changes in condition.

• Conduct venipuncture and obtain blood samples as prescribed.

• Perform patient assessments, check vital signs, and review systems during each visit.

• Offer personalized education to patients and caregivers regarding infusion therapy, line maintenance, and symptom monitoring.

• Organize visit schedules, staffing requirements, and facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Diligently document all patient-related care, medications administered, and patient responses.

• Promptly communicate clinical concerns or reportable events to physicians and internal clinical leadership.

• Adhere to all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in line with state and federal regulations.

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.

• At least two (2) years of experience as an RN.

• IV certification along with experience in central line care and management.

• Valid driver’s license and capability to travel within the service territory.

• CPR certification.

• Experience in clinical documentation and care coordination.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical systems.

• Willingness to travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities.
