• Collaborate with fellow team members and client teams to provide top-notch infusion consulting solutions, including the development of new strategies and the optimization of existing client approaches.
• Work closely with clients to implement alternative site strategies, leading segments of engagement through hypothesis-driven solution development and execution.
• Facilitate meetings and cultivate client trust through effective communication.
• Develop and enhance executive messaging frameworks to convey priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations in a clear manner.
• Tackle ambiguous challenges using structured thinking, consulting methodologies, and hypothesis-driven strategies.
• Convert data and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations that enhance leadership decision-making.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development to improve infusion consulting expertise and industry knowledge.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of pertinent experience in infusion pharmacy, hospital pharmacy operations, or a similar field.
• Extensive knowledge of alternate site infusion operations, encompassing site design, addressable products, clinical workflows, accreditation criteria, and strategies for mitigating leakage.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a track record of effectively communicating with senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to manage complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
• Openness to travel up to 35% of the time.
• PharmD education is preferred.
• Preferred experience in alternate site environments as either an operator or advisor.
• Preferred experience collaborating with executive leaders or supporting cross-functional initiatives, with 5 to 8 years of healthcare-related experience, ideally involving health systems or aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
