Infrastructure Solutions Architect – OEM Deployment

📋 Description

• Deliver onsite technical guidance for extensive NVIDIA AI datacenter implementations

• Guarantee smooth integration and customer satisfaction

• Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware and deployment challenges across GPU, networking, and storage technologies

• Serve as a technical authority assisting sales teams and promoting the adoption of NVIDIA solutions

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams

• Lead technical discussions with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers

• Identify system architectures and critical product requirements in enterprise AI

• Facilitate technical interactions with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and Enterprise clients

• Expedite the deployment and uptake of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud settings

• Ensure timely value delivery and successful integration

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field

• Over 2 years of experience in system design or technical customer support in the technology sector

• Practical experience in cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling tasks

• Field-facing role that requires up to 50% travel to clients, partners, and datacenters

• Extensive knowledge of datacenter hardware, including servers, storage systems, and network devices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational abilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across engineering and leadership teams

• Proven experience with large-scale datacenter deployments and integration with NCP and Enterprise platforms

• In-depth networking expertise encompassing TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches

• Familiarity with CPU architecture and embedded Linux systems, APIs, and OS environments

• Proficient in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python programming

• Comprehensive knowledge of GPU and DPU technologies, including NCCL

• Understanding of signal integrity, thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout
