• Proven leadership experience. You have a background in leading and developing technical teams.

• Infrastructure proficiency. You possess experience in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

• DevOps orientation. You have experience in enhancing infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing methodologies.

• Technical curiosity. You keep abreast of emerging technologies and enjoy finding innovative solutions to business challenges.

• Strategic and analytical mindset. You can assess technical and business requirements, recognize patterns, weigh trade-offs, and propose practical solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities. You create trusted relationships across Product, Development, and business teams.
