This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a team of IAM administrators and engineers dedicated to on-premises Active Directory and Privileged Access Management.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and business leaders to comprehend and address intricate organizational needs.
• Engage in hands-on tasks with on-premises Active Directory and Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Create and implement a comprehensive multi-year roadmap to enhance AD and PAM deployments.
• Ensure operational excellence and uptime for AD and PAM solutions.
• Supervise developers and engineers responsible for supporting and maintaining AD and PAM platforms.
• Implement security best practices across AD and PAM deployments.
• Design and establish team processes for the effective management of platforms and team operations.
• Assist in designing, developing, and promoting an automation-first IAM stack.
• Lead project teams to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Mentor junior team members and enhance their technical competencies within IAM platforms.
• Collaborate with an international team and participate in project meetings several times a week at varied hours to support operations in the US, Europe, and India.
• Technical proficiency in on-premises Active Directory and/or a Privileged Access Management program.
• Understanding of AD architecture, configurations, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Experience in managing AD objects and domain controllers.
• Familiarity with managing DNS zones and objects.
• Knowledge of security hardening techniques and Group Policy management.
• Experience in administering, maintaining, and operating PAM SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with policies governing non-human identities and privileged access identities.
• Knowledge of PAM resource governance.
• Experience in managing accounts across servers, databases, network appliances, and virtual hosts.
• Expert comprehension of authentication mechanisms and protocols, including LDAP, LDAPS, and Kerberos.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM environments with over 20,000 users and computer objects.
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and meet goals and milestones.
• Strong skills in people management.
• Willingness to develop the technical skills of junior team members within IAM platforms.
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
• Self-motivated and capable of swiftly adapting to new technologies and changes in dynamic, large-scale projects with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to collaborate within an international team with meetings at unconventional hours to support operations in the US, Europe, and India.
