This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Join the existing WIA Information Technology team and collaborate closely with colleagues on various projects and daily responsibilities.
• Provide first-tier support for the WIA network through email or phone, assisting users by researching issues, troubleshooting, and reaching out to technical support entities or vendors as needed.
• Serve as a system administrator and assist with user setup across different platforms utilized at WIA.
• Some of these systems include, but are not limited to: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Conga Fast Forms, NetDocuments, and NetSuite.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems, while informing users about outages or issues.
• Aid in data imports into our Salesforce platform and assist with data cleanup efforts.
• Participate in general Technology Department administration, meetings, and projects.
• A positive mental attitude, able to remain kind and gracious even in high-pressure situations.
• A highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is a self-starter.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while operating fully remotely.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM/databases.
• Specific experience with Salesforce is particularly valued.
• Programming skills are a significant advantage.
