Information Security Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and operational oversight of the Information Security program.

• Convert security strategy into a systematic, measurable work program.

• Establish the operating cadence for the program.

• Ensure initiative owners are held accountable.

• Organize initiatives with well-defined milestones and responsible parties.

• Conduct regular tracking sessions and leadership reviews.

• Maintain a single source of truth for program status using monday.com.

• Generate executive-level reporting and dashboards.

• Advocate for AI-driven tools to expedite reporting and enhance the quality of program insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in information security, technology risk, or enterprise technology environments.

• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one global security, GRC, or technology risk program.

• Extensive experience managing global, cross-functional programs.

• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and governance.

• Proficient with work or program management tools like monday.com or similar platforms.

• Practical experience with AI-powered productivity and automation tools.

• Knowledge of information security domains and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, NIST CSF, DORA, GDPR).

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating stakeholders across various regions and time zones (North America, Asia, Europe).

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
