Information Security Analyst II – SecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage and operate security tools relevant to the assigned area.

• Assist with the deployment, tuning, integration, updates, and patches of security solutions.

• Oversee the coverage, functionality, availability, and performance of technical controls.

• Address internal inquiries regarding tools, agents, policies, integrations, and troubleshooting.

• Aid projects aimed at enhancing controls, automation, and operational standardization.

• Record procedures, configurations, exceptions, and operational evidence.

• Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and security teams to resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in operating security tools, infrastructure, endpoints, networks, or systems.

• Intermediate understanding of Windows, Linux, networks, agents, policies, and logs.

• Capability to analyze technical issues and perform troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and technical documentation.

• Preferred knowledge of automation, scripting, and APIs.

• Strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and a sense of priority.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality execution.

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

• Availability for on-call work.
