This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team to support and enhance HR processes and systems for all staff.
• Maintain, support, and optimize systems utilized by the HR community and partners.
• Manage system access requests for HR applications, including provisioning and deprovisioning access.
• Diagnose and investigate system and security access issues.
• Conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews to ensure compliance with data security policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.
• Collect and document requirements for new security access requests.
• Work alongside IT security to create and test new security roles.
• Assist with modifications and enhancements of security roles from impact assessment through implementation.
• Develop and maintain security audit reports and queries.
• Provide functional security support for ongoing HR processes, including Performance Management, Compensation, COI, and Executive Reorganizations.
• Oversee security configuration and end-user authorizations.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new or improved applications.
• Lead application releases and prioritize features that enhance the HR user experience.
• Act as the primary contact for HR and IT teams concerning application matters.
• Convert business requirements into functional design documentation.
• Train and support end-users on new application features.
• Create and maintain end-user guidelines and documentation.
• Engage in system implementation projects through requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and implementation phases.
• Propose and support process improvements and program modifications.
• Assist with HR projects, including large-scale deployments.
• Manage security workstream activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience related to HRIS.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to commute weekly to either the New York, NY, or Universal City, CA office.
• Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in preparing complex reports and analytics for senior leaders and auditors.
• Exceptional analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities and professional judgment.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability in carrying out work duties.
• Ability to respond to inquiries and explain systems and processes to business partners.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Available to work Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Willingness to provide on-call support for critical implementations and go-live events, including evening or weekend coverage as necessary.
