Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in establishing security requirements from the initial phases of solution development.

• Evaluate risks prior to the deployment of applications.

• Examine authentication and authorization protocols.

• Investigate access controls within multi-tenant (multi-company) settings.

• Facilitate the implementation of LGPD principles in products.

• Conduct threat modeling exercises.

• Assess dependencies and components utilized by applications.

• Analyze the management of secrets and credentials within pipelines.

• Counsel technical teams on risks and strategies for mitigation.

• Assist in go-live decisions by considering the significance and impact of identified risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application security.

• Proficient in threat modeling techniques.

• Background in reviewing authentication and authorization processes.

• Understanding of access control mechanisms.

• Familiarity with security measures in multi-tenant architectures.

• Knowledge of LGPD as it pertains to products and systems.

• Awareness of the legal foundations for data processing.

• Understanding of data minimization principles.

• Knowledge of retention policies.

• Familiarity with anonymization techniques.

• Awareness of audit trails.

• Experience with dependency assessments.

• Background in secrets management and analysis.

• Knowledge of pipeline security practices.

• Experience in risk evaluation prior to go-live.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Technologist degree.
