Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of identity and access.

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts within mainframe security systems like RACF.

• Utilize administration tools such as Vanguard and zSecure (PowerTech) to manage security databases.

• Access control: Develop and uphold security policies using RACF & Vanguard (zOS), PowerTech (AS400).

• Policy enforcement: Implement least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Auditing: Perform access reviews and audit activities to guarantee compliance and appropriate authorization.

• Collaboration: Partner with various teams (e.g., security, infrastructure, IT, business stakeholders) to establish and execute access requirements.

• Automation: Lead efforts to automate access provisioning and de-provisioning for enhanced process efficiency.

• Documentation: Generate and sustain documentation related to user accounts, access management, policies, and procedures.

• Incident response: Examine and address access-related incidents and vulnerabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Security Analyst or in a related role.

• More than 4 years of experience with administrative tools such as RACF and Vanguard.

• Proficiency in MVS/zOS.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerTech and AS400.

• Familiarity with CICS.

• Experience with DB2.
