This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Salesforce records and those shared between Salesforce and related systems.
• Address Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates to Salesforce objects.
• Detect and rectify duplicate or potentially duplicate records.
• Utilize software tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.
• Identify data inconsistencies, process exceptions, and system issues; escalate trends or unresolved matters.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address cross-functional data and process challenges.
• Adhere to and enhance Standard Operating Procedures by documenting issues and proposing updates.
• Extract insights from maintenance requests and suggest enhancements to enterprise records management policies.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times annually for team events.
• Strong aptitude for working with dynamic information systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through capability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of organizing and presenting information clearly.
