Infor Program Manager – Infor ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Manage various interconnected projects, grasp their interdependencies, facilitate project prioritization, and create connections between them.

• Develop governance frameworks, establish steering committee protocols, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.

• Supervise project budgets, manage resource distribution, and oversee procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.

• Mentor, lead, and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); promote and manage collaboration and knowledge transfer.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; handle change requests and ensure the seamless implementation of new systems.

• Maintain effective communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report on progress, challenges, and risks to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle Infor implementations, demonstrating success in large-scale projects.

• Understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR business processes.

• Expertise in Project Management Software tools.
