Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Expand Creator Relationships: Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Discovery: Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for marketing campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Work collaboratively with internal teams to define the overarching strategy and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Independent & Adaptable Work Environment: Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while enjoying the freedom to work independently and remotely.

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to work hard to achieve results.

• Capability to operate independently and manage your own priorities.

• Preferred: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies!
