Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Expand Creator Portfolios: Manage influencer portfolios while assisting talent in enhancing their platform presence and securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to engage top talent for various campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Work alongside internal teams to define the overarching strategy and grow Grail’s talent pool.

• Independent & Adaptive Work Style: Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while enjoying the flexibility to work autonomously and remotely.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or within sales or marketing agencies!
