Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage & Expand Creator Portfolios: Supervise influencer accounts and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, emphasizing both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with brands and agencies to book premier talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Partner with internal teams to define the overarching strategy and grow Grail’s talent database.

• Independent & Adaptable Work: Excel in a lively, fast-moving environment while enjoying the autonomy to work independently and remotely.

• Highly familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to put in effort to achieve results.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or within sales or marketing agencies!
