Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Scale Creators: Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and onboard new creators, focusing on both emerging and established influencers.

• Build Brand Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with brands and agencies to book top talent for various campaigns.

• Strategic Growth: Work alongside internal teams to develop the overall strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Independent & Flexible Work: Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while enjoying the flexibility to work autonomously and remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proactive attitude and readiness to hustle to achieve goals.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, working with social media influencers, or in sales or marketing agencies!
