Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand creator portfolios: Manage influencer accounts and assist talent in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for various campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Work alongside internal teams to formulate the overarching strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Independent & Flexible Work: Excel in a lively, fast-paced environment while enjoying the freedom to work independently and remotely.

• Well-versed in major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to put in the effort to accomplish tasks.

• Capable of working independently and managing your own priorities.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies!
