This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a Talent Coordinator managing a roster of talent.
• This role involves liaising between the partner and creator regarding expected delivery dates, any delays, re-draft requirements, caption specifications, live links, and entering the opted-in offer into our internal accounting system, as well as obtaining payment remittance details for the accounting department.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings (1pm ET / 10am PT) with the Talent Team, and regularly scheduled creator regroup meetings, tailored to the specific creator. The Talent Coordinator is expected to arrive prepared with discussion points alongside the Manager of the respective creator, and to take notes during the call for all follow-up and action items.
• Promptly respond across various communication platforms, including iMessage group threads, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
• Present potential management scouting options weekly and attend introductory meetings with prospective signees.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, including but not limited to news stories, memes, trending sounds, etc.
• Ensure a well-organized process and structure.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (including brand negotiation & deliverables) or project management (handling calendar invites, familiarity with project management tools, detail-oriented).
• A strong enthusiasm for short-form and new media, as well as other social platforms.
• Capable of proactively troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues following the appropriate escalation process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to effectively convey technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of HubSpot and Canva is an advantage.
• Outstanding collaboration skills.
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, a quick learner with strong critical thinking capabilities.
