This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the implementation of influencer initiatives across social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand goals and messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the influencer agency and act as the primary contact for specific programs and campaigns.
• Manage internal approval processes, compliance verifications, and content usage rights.
• Partner with the agency project manager to establish processes and optimize workflows.
• Keep updated athlete influencer lists provided by agency partners.
• Evaluate potential influencer partners based on brand alignment and audience insights.
• Cultivate direct relationships with athletes and contacts in sports marketing.
• Assess influencer content for adherence to brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal standards.
• Organize and monitor content approvals across various internal teams.
• Gather campaign performance data and assist in the creation of internal recap reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered punctually, within budget, and meet brand expectations.
• Communicate timely updates and clear information to internal teams regarding campaigns.
• Produce precise post-campaign reports and actionable insights.
• Foster strong relationships with athlete influencers and internal stakeholders.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Background in sports marketing with at least 4 years of experience building relationships with athletes.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms like Traackr is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and content usage rights.
• Experience with personal care or lifestyle brands in the men's self-care sector.
• Capability to navigate large organizations and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance metrics.
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Six-month contract position from September to February.
• Potential opportunity for extension beyond the six-month period.
