This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Act as the main liaison for influencers throughout the entire campaign process, ensuring effective and prompt communication.
• Manage contracts, timelines for deliverables, and payment procedures for influencer talent.
• Keep the internal talent database up-to-date, monitoring essential performance metrics, audience demographics, and content history.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, legal, and finance to guarantee seamless campaign execution.
• Review influencer content submissions to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and contractual commitments.
• Assist in onboarding new talent by briefing influencers on brand expectations and campaign specifications.
• Monitor deliverable due dates and proactively follow up to prevent any delays.
• Aid in campaign reporting by collecting metrics from influencers and compiling performance summaries.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage various projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of influencer platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenges.
• Experience with CRM or talent management systems is advantageous.
