Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative, supporter, and strategic advisor for a selected group of influencers, assisting them in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Negotiate and secure lucrative deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, crafting successful campaigns for your roster of talent.

• Maintain ongoing communication with both influencers and brands to facilitate effective collaborations.

• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop targeted strategies aimed at increasing influencer reach, boosting engagement, and driving revenue growth.

• Work independently in a fully remote and flexible environment, taking charge of your own success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or similar sales positions.

• Have a strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building abilities and strong negotiation skills.

• Be proactive, motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Combine determination and patience—capable of closing deals swiftly while fostering long-term relationships.

• Exhibit high levels of organization, adeptness in data management, and proficiency in Google Sheets.
