Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Represent, assist, and strategically mentor a selection of assigned influencers, aiding them in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Secure and negotiate lucrative deals with brands, agencies, and record labels to create successful campaigns for your talent roster.

• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands to ensure effective collaborations.

• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop targeted strategies that enhance influencer reach, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.

• Operate independently within a fully remote and flexible environment, taking charge of your own success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or related sales roles.

• Have a strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Excel in relationship-building and demonstrate strong negotiation abilities.

• Be proactive, driven, and capable of working autonomously.

• Combine determination and patience—able to swiftly close deals while nurturing long-term relationships.

• Be highly organized, adept at data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.

• (Bonus: Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in sales-oriented roles!)
