Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Talent Representation: Serve, support, and strategically advise a designated group of influencers, assisting them in growing their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Brand Partnerships: Identify and negotiate lucrative deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, crafting successful campaigns for your roster of talent.

• Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands to facilitate successful collaborations.

• Strategic Growth: Create targeted strategies in collaboration with our internal teams to enhance influencer reach, boost engagement, and promote revenue growth.

• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Operate independently in a fully remote and adaptable environment, steering your own success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or related sales positions.

• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Proficient in building relationships and possessing strong negotiation capabilities.

• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Combine urgency with patience—able to finalize deals swiftly while fostering long-term relationships.

• Highly organized, skilled in data management, and adept in Google Sheets. (Bonus: Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in sales-oriented roles!)
