This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and compile your own lists of influencers, creators, and ambassadors within the wellness sector.
• Initiate outreach focusing on quality over quantity, emphasizing compatibility, conversion, and the value of long-term relationships.
• Oversee the entire ambassador pipeline, from initial sourcing and outreach to onboarding and continuous relationship management.
• Monitor outreach performance and refine strategies to enhance conversion rates for active ambassadors.
• Cultivate genuine relationships with creators and pinpoint potential strong, long-term brand partnerships.
• Propose innovative campaign, collaboration, and activation ideas rather than simply executing predefined tasks.
• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the influencer program as the primary owner of this function.
• Engage with the brand’s community across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Timely and thoughtfully respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a manner that aligns with the brand's values.
• Actively practice social listening to uncover opportunities, sentiments, and trends.
• Craft genuine, personalized responses that enhance brand trust and connection.
• Stay updated on social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, and leverage them effectively.
• Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Address support tickets clearly and empathetically while adhering to established procedures and escalation processes.
• Utilize customer experience tools and internal systems to ensure timely support for customers.
• Help integrate insights gathered from customer interactions into community and influencer strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, social media engagement, or community management.
• Experience with DTC e-commerce brands, ideally within the wellness sector, with consideration for beauty or health backgrounds.
• Practical experience in sourcing influencers and managing creator relationships throughout the entire process.
• Proven experience in responding to comments on Instagram, TikTok, DMs, and community interactions.
• Background in customer support, including handling email, chat, or social-based support tickets.
• Strong grasp of how outreach performance correlates with conversion rates and overall program success.
• Experience in wellness, herbal medicine, hormone health, or Traditional Chinese Medicine is a plus.
• Background in beauty or health brands with applicable DTC experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer and e-commerce workflows in a dynamic online brand setting is preferred.
