Influencer Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound brand outreach (target: approximately 10–15 per operator daily)

• Follow up (2–3 times) with brands that have yet to respond

• Daily maintenance of brand and talent pipelines (Affinity, CreatorIQ, internal)

• Assist with deal operations (tracking campaigns, deliverables, brand expenditures)

• Aid in the invoicing process

• Address inbound RFPs and brand inquiries

• Facilitate contract workflows (redlining, version control, storage)

• Organize scheduling for creators, brand calls, and internal pod meetings

• Arrange and coordinate travel

• Manage inboxes (filtering, templated responses, follow-ups)

• Order milestone gifts and oversee gifting processes

• Assist in maintaining the content calendar (upload scheduling, reminders)

• Create brand outreach lists and vertical-specific targeting data

• Extract social media and content performance analytics

• Update CRM tools (Affinity, CreatorIQ)

• Revise internal rosters, creator profiles, and deal tracking sheets

• Support talent scouting (basic research, deck preparation)

• Participate in internal meetings to take notes and summarize discussions

• Generate daily/weekly status reports for pods

• Manage file organization, data entry, and overall organization


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or client support

• Capability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups

• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Affinity, CreatorIQ) and pipeline management

• Experience in supporting campaigns, invoicing, and contract workflows

• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities (calendar, inbox, travel)

• Excellent written communication skills in English (writing outbound emails constitutes a majority of the role)

• Exceptional attention to detail (identifying mistakes and redlines in contracts)

• Highly responsive (both internally and externally)

• Proficient in managing content calendars and administrative tasks

• Experience in research, data tracking, and analytics

• Ability to maintain CRM systems, reports, and internal tracking tools

• Detail-oriented with robust communication and multitasking capabilities

• Background in reporting, documentation, and general administrative support

• Experience in influencer, administrative, or marketing roles is advantageous
