Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong connections with fitness professionals, UGC creators, and lifestyle influencers to generate high-quality user-generated content for social media campaigns.

• Create comprehensive UGC briefs and mood boards centered on product usage, workout routines, or styling and visual aesthetics to promote BetterMe Store products across key platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and UGC content by utilizing a data-driven approach to enhance future strategies and implement improvements.

• Consistently track market trends, viral formats, and best practices within the health, wellness, and fashion/athleisure industries, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing and UGC, with a strong emphasis on content and storytelling (experience in the US market is advantageous).

• Demonstrated experience in executing influencer campaigns and achieving measurable results on Instagram and TikTok.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills for effective collaboration with creators and internal teams.

• In-depth understanding of either the fitness and wellness space (workouts, routines, product usage) or fashion and styling (visual storytelling, aesthetics).

• Capability to create engaging scripts, briefs, and ad concepts (including hooks and CTAs) tailored for the target audience.

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness (considered a significant plus).

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content, including platform-native formats, creative strategies, and factors that drive content performance.

• Proficiency in English is required.
