This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Facilitate the comprehensive execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in the beauty and K-beauty sectors.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and creator workflows utilizing ClickUp.
• Ensure that content is consistent with brand positioning, product messaging, and the latest beauty trends.
• Identify and recruit high-performing creators in the beauty and K-beauty niches.
• Assess creators based on performance metrics, audience demographics, and content style.
• Utilize tools such as Beacons to evaluate creator ecosystems, link performance, and monetization behaviors.
• Initiate outreach to creators and their managers to establish partnerships.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and terms for paid media.
• Structure deals with a solid understanding of campaign economics (CPM, conversion potential, product margins).
• Contribute innovative ideas for content angles that resonate in the beauty space (e.g., before/after, routine integration, hook formats).
• Ensure that creator content reflects authenticity and demonstrates visible product results rather than overly scripted messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance (views, engagement, CPM, conversion signals) and provide insights for future creator selection.
• Foster long-term relationships with beauty creators and brand partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout campaigns.
• Encourage repeat partnerships through effective execution and communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media marketing.
• Strong background in the beauty, skincare, or K-beauty industry.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram beauty content formats.
• Fluent in English.
• High level of ownership and autonomy; capable of solving problems independently without requiring guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Proficiency in the Korean language (business level).
• Established relationships with beauty or K-beauty creators.
• Experience working with Korean beauty brands or global beauty campaigns.
• Understanding of skincare product categories and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Beacons, or Notion.
