Influencer Marketing Manager, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors that align with our business objectives.

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish: including outreach, launch, performance analysis, and optimization.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Growth teams to develop briefs, scripts, and campaign concepts.

• Manage the content production workflow, encompassing UGC sourcing, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and brand ambassadors.

• Formulate and implement influencer marketing strategies based on business goals and performance insights.

• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and content effectiveness while providing data-driven recommendations.

• Handle budgets, creator payments, contracts, and documentation of usage rights.

• Work closely with User Acquisition, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure content relevance and performance impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management, Operations, Marketing, or similar communication-oriented roles focused on addressing business needs.

• Practical experience in the LatAm market.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (B2+ proficiency).

• Capability to oversee content production processes from conception to final delivery.

• Strategic mindset complemented by strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with tools like HypeAuditor, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and partnerships concurrently.
