Influencer Marketing Manager – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You orchestrate, oversee, and enhance influencer campaigns aimed at both brand visibility and specific performance goals.

• You source and onboard new creators, engage in negotiations, and continuously cultivate a dynamic pool of relevant talent.

• You develop concise, performance-driven briefs and supervise the execution of content until its final release.

• You assess campaign outcomes based on defined KPIs, extract insights, and pinpoint areas with scaling opportunities.

• You enhance current frameworks and strategically leverage tools and AI to streamline workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.

• You assist in the planning and implementation of influencer events both domestically and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or the creator economy — ideally within a rapidly growing D2C or e-commerce setting with a focus on performance.

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end management process for influencer campaigns (both brand-driven and performance-focused).

• Experience with affiliate programs, discount codes, and social commerce strategies.

• A keen awareness of content, audience dynamics, and platform behaviors — particularly on Instagram and TikTok.

• An active interest in process enhancement, automation, and the application of AI technologies.

• A degree in marketing, communications, or media is advantageous but not mandatory — substantial practical experience is equally valued.
