This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and secure influencer collaborations that resonate with the brand’s values, aesthetics, and growth goals. Build and sustain a pipeline of high-quality creators.
• Creator Relationship Management: Oversee all influencer relationships from initial outreach to onboarding, campaign execution, and continuous communication.
• Contract Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations for influencer agreements, rates, and deliverables on behalf of the company, including whitelisting conditions and content usage rights.
• Affiliate Program Management: Develop and oversee the company’s affiliate program, which includes recruiting affiliates, establishing commission structures, and enhancing program performance.
• TikTok Shop & TikTok Affiliates: Manage the company’s presence on TikTok Shop, including onboarding and supervising TikTok Shop affiliates and coordinating affiliate-driven content to maximize sales.
• Compliance & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all influencer and affiliate content adheres to brand guidelines, platform requirements, and regulatory obligations, including FTC endorsement disclosure compliance.
• Paid Media Campaigns: Supervise paid media campaigns that utilize influencer content, including Meta partnership ads and TikTok Spark Ads. Ensure whitelisting access is secured and creative assets are deployed effectively.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, measuring return on investment, and using data to inform strategy and optimize spending.
• Platform & Tool Management: Assess and manage third-party platforms and tools that support influencer and affiliate operations.
• 4 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
• Proven success in negotiating influencer contracts, including whitelisting rights, usage terms, and performance-based deal structures.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Business Manager (partnership ads, whitelisting) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystem).
• Experience in building or managing an affiliate program, encompassing platform selection and commission optimization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert campaign performance data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; adept at negotiating with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ).
• Highly organized self-starter who can independently manage a full pipeline in a remote setting.
• Availability to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
