This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Crafting and expanding PetLab Co.’s global influencer marketing strategy.
• Establishing a high-volume influencer engine capable of engaging with 100–500+ creators each month.
• Discovering and onboarding creators from macro, mid-tier, and micro influencer categories.
• Creating creator profiles and sourcing strategies that resonate with our customer demographic.
• Fostering robust, long-term relationships with creators.
• Overseeing the complete influencer workflow, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and execution of campaigns.
• Formulating high-impact creative briefs that yield content optimized for both organic engagement and paid advertising effectiveness.
• Working closely with the paid media team to incorporate influencer content into advertising strategies for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube partnerships.
• Managing creator whitelisting, partnership ads, and the usage of dark-post ads.
• Ensuring that influencer content aligns with brand standards, compliance, and quality expectations.
• Developing scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance influencer sourcing, outreach, briefing, and campaign management.
• Recruiting and nurturing an in-house influencer team capable of scaling the program on a global level.
• Continuously experimenting with new influencer formats, content styles, and campaign structures to optimize performance.
• 3–6+ years of experience in managing or scaling influencer marketing initiatives.
• Proven track record in expanding influencer channels within DTC, ecommerce, or CPG brands.
• Demonstrated success in managing extensive creator networks.
• Strong background in performance-driven influencer campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and creator whitelisting, alongside how influencer programs facilitate them.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify high-performing social media content.
• Experience in crafting clear and effective influencer briefs.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in working with analytics, reporting systems, and tracking campaigns.
• Experience in implementing scalable systems and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation to optimize influencer processes.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Experience in building and leading influencer teams.
