Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and execute comprehensive workflows: from influencer identification to payments and performance evaluation.

• Establish effective communication channels between internal teams and external collaborators.

• Formulate mid- to long-term budget strategies with precise forecasting (reach, VIP/HNWI acquisition, cost effectiveness).

• Define and monitor KPIs (FTD, CPA, ROI) to assess channel performance.

• Propel global strategy with a focus on Tier 1 markets, LATAM, Canada, and the Gulf region.

• Identify and engage high-value crypto audiences (“crypto whales”) through suitable influencers.

• Develop and oversee a robust portfolio of premier influencers and streamers across Kick, Telegram, X, YouTube, and Twitch.

• Lead negotiations with influencers and agencies to obtain the most favorable commercial agreements.

• Create and launch impactful creative campaigns utilizing brand assets (e.g., partnerships like Manchester United).

• Enhance the entire user journey from the initial touchpoint to registration, ensuring optimal conversion rates and minimal drop-off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing within competitive sectors (iGaming, fintech, crypto, entertainment, or sports).

• In-depth understanding of creator ecosystems across international markets.

• Capability to manage multi-market campaigns and oversee complex execution from start to finish.

• Demonstrated success in delivering influencer programs linked to measurable business outcomes.

• Strong negotiation skills and ease in collaborating with agencies, talent managers, and creators.

• Established connections with agencies, talent managers, and creators in key markets.

• Ability to utilize AI-driven processes for scouting, content analysis, and reporting.

• Proficiency in influencer and performance tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr, HypeAuditor, Appsflyer, GA, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong stakeholder management abilities across teams and time zones.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, international environment with high expectations.
