This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Develop and oversee a multi-tiered paid creator program encompassing micro, mid-tier, macro, and celebrity/athlete levels.
• Create standardized rate cards, creative briefs, and performance metrics for each tier.
• Negotiate contracts and nurture relationships with talent agencies, managers, and creators directly.
• Manage the creator P&L by forecasting expenditures, tracking ROAS, and optimizing cost-per-acquisition by tier.
• Brief and ensure quality control of content on a large scale while maintaining the authentic voice of creators.
• Design and expand a 1,000+ creator affiliate program on TikTok Shop.
• Establish commission frameworks, bonus incentives, and GMV targets that promote profitable growth.
• Oversee TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate invitation processes, sample distribution, and creator onboarding.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics (Kalodata, TikTok analytics) to identify top performers and scale successful strategies.
• Stay informed on TikTok Shop algorithm modifications, trending formats, and industry best practices.
• Create and execute a continuous ambassador program that transforms genuine fans into brand advocates.
• Formulate gifting, seeding, and community engagement tactics to stimulate organic creator content at scale.
• Establish retention systems — including loyalty tiers, exclusive access, and co-creation opportunities — to keep creators engaged over the long term.
• Develop a self-service creator portal equipped with brand assets, briefs, and affiliate tools.
• Convert contracted athlete assets (Beckham, Sabalenka, Bearman, Giannis, Inter Miami) into high-impact content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with athlete management teams regarding shoot schedules, usage rights, and social media amplification.
• Create athlete-specific content playbooks covering day-in-the-life perspectives, product routines, training insights, and match-day highlights.
• Maximize ROI on existing ambassador contracts through strategic content planning and paid media amplification.
• Implement and oversee the influencer technology stack — including CreatorIQ or Grin, Social Snowball, TikTok Seller Center, and tracking/attribution tools.
• Develop reporting dashboards and conduct weekly performance reviews for leadership.
• Minimum of 4 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience managing eight-figure influencer/creator budgets with quantifiable ROI.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop — you have built or scaled an affiliate program and are knowledgeable about GMV economics.
• Experience collaborating with athlete or celebrity talent and their management teams.
• Strong commercial insight — you think in terms of P&Ls, unit economics, and CAC, rather than just vanity metrics.
• Proven track record in DTC/subscription commerce, preferably in health, wellness, sports nutrition, or beauty sectors.
• Proficient with influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Grin, Aspire, Social Snowball, or similar).
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities — comfortable interacting with agents, managers, and C-suite executives.
• Builder mentality — you have experience hiring teams, establishing processes from the ground up, and thriving in dynamic environments.
