This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Develop and expand GoMining’s influencer marketing strategy from the ground up.
• Identify influencer categories, content styles, geographical focus, and creator segmentation.
• Oversee influencer operations using platforms like impact.com:
• - onboarding creators
• - tracking performance
• - managing payouts
• - generating reports
• Identify, assess, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers and creators.
• Administer channel budgets and analyze unit economics.
• Initiate and enhance campaigns on platforms including YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and others.
• Experiment with hypotheses related to formats, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing and content teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Create reports and analytics surrounding CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator performance.
• Scale effective partnerships and refine campaigns that are underperforming.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
• Familiarity with impact.com or other similar influencer/affiliate platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto, Web3, or DeFi ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of attribution and analytics tools:
• - AppsFlyer
• - GA4
• - Hotjar
• - One-links / tracking systems
• Proven experience utilizing a data-driven methodology and performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• - Established network of crypto/fintech influencers and creators.
• - Experience in scaling influencer channels on a global scale.
• - Background in app-based or subscription products.
• - Experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
