This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifying relevant influencers, creators, and communities, and inspiring them for the mission in the long term.
• Independently manage an active portfolio of over 25 influencers and further develop top performers.
• Establish long-term brand ambassador partnerships.
• Collaborate with creators to develop creative concepts, storylines, and campaign formats.
• Develop cross-channel influencer strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, and other creator channels.
• Recognize new platforms, trends, and creators early, and test innovative formats.
• Strategically and operationally plan and execute influencer campaigns, focusing on brand awareness, performance & conversion, community building, storytelling, and viral formats.
• Analyze campaign and creator performance based on relevant KPIs and derive data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with paid media, brand, content, and performance marketing teams.
• Contribute new ideas, question existing processes, and continuously evolve influencer marketing.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Ideally, experience in the D2C, lifestyle, health, or consumer brand sectors.
• Independent management of larger creator portfolios.
• Successful scaling of influencer campaigns.
• Understanding of influencer marketing from both brand and performance perspectives.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
• Understanding the respective creator ecosystems.
• A sense for trends, storytelling, viral mechanics, and creative campaign ideas.
• A strategic yet hands-on working style.
• Independent implementation of topics.
• Proficiency in handling numbers, KPIs, and performance analyses.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships within the creator environment.
