This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and enhance our influencer marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement at the top of the funnel, including support for product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
• Position Dropbox within relevant cultural discussions through strategic, impactful partnerships with creators.
• Lead the development of engaging, shareable content across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
• Manage the complete campaign execution process, encompassing planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables.
• Establish and expand a continuous creator and user-generated content program to bolster ongoing brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with agencies to identify and assess creators using data and sound brand judgment (audience alignment, content quality, brand safety, performance history).
• Craft clear, compelling creative briefs that balance brand guidelines with genuine creator voices; oversee reviews and approvals.
• Oversee campaign execution, including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and permissions for whitelisting/ads.
• Maintain operational aspects of the program, including creator databases, templates, and briefs.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform updates, and new tools; proactively present fresh ideas and opportunities to the team.
• Over 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating a successful track record of executing comprehensive campaigns (either in-house or at an agency).
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional taste in creators and brand judgment, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in managing influencer partnerships, with a solid understanding of essential contract terms (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety).
• Ability to establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and convert results into actionable insights.
• Strong writing and communication skills, particularly in crafting briefs for creators.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with AI or tools related to tech/productivity is a plus.
