Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement and refine our influencer marketing strategy to enhance top-of-funnel brand visibility and engagement, including support for product launches and integrated brand campaigns.

• Position Dropbox within pertinent cultural dialogues through strategic and impactful creator collaborations.

• Drive the development of captivating, shareable content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, encompassing planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables.

• Establish and expand an ongoing creator and user-generated content (UGC) program to support continuous brand storytelling.

• Collaborate with agencies to identify and assess creators using both data and strong brand judgment (audience alignment, content quality, brand safety, performance history).

• Create clear and compelling creative briefs that harmonize brand standards with authentic creator voices; oversee reviews and approvals.

• Coordinate campaign execution including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions.

• Oversee program operations, including creator databases, templates, and briefs.

• Stay updated on creator trends, platform developments, and emerging tools; proactively present new ideas and opportunities to the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating a successful history of executing end-to-end campaigns (either in-house or agency).

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent taste in creators and brand judgment, combined with a data-informed decision-making approach.

• Experience managing influencer partnerships, with a solid understanding of key contract elements (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety).

• Ability to establish KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Strong writing and communication abilities, particularly in crafting creator-facing briefs.

• Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitude.

• Familiarity with AI or tech/productivity tools is advantageous.
