This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full ownership and expand the creator affiliate program from start to finish.
• Identify, onboard, and activate creators at all levels.
• Create commission frameworks, tiered incentives, and seeding strategies.
• Oversee landing pages, tracking systems, and payout processes.
• Continuously refine the program structure to enhance engagement and revenue.
• Develop and manage AI-driven outreach systems for creator recruitment.
• Uphold brand voice and maintain personal connections in all communications.
• Manage all creator interactions: inquiries, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Create outreach templates, sequences, and automated workflows that balance efficiency with a personal touch.
• Develop and nurture relationships with JoinBrands, Insense, and similar platforms.
• Brief, initiate, and supervise campaigns with external partners.
• Ensure the quality of content, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
• Assess and onboard new platforms as required.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to pinpoint content for whitelisting and Spark Ads.
• Verify usage rights, creator permissions, and compliance with platform regulations.
• Contribute to creative strategy by evaluating high-performing content formats and hooks.
• Track program KPIs: activations, engagement, affiliate revenue, CPA, and ROAS.
• Utilize data to enhance creator selection, outreach strategies, content briefs, and incentives.
• Establish reporting workflows and deliver updates to leadership.
• 3–5+ years of direct experience in influencer marketing with measurable results.
• Demonstrated success in managing affiliate or ambassador programs.
• Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and amplifying paid content.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Data-driven approach with a background in tracking KPIs and program performance.
• Highly proactive, ambitious, and capable of taking initiative.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and executing affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop.
• Practical experience with Superfiliate.
• Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG sectors.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies or managed-service platforms.
• Established personal network of creators/influencers.
• Familiarity with AI-driven outreach and automation tools.
